About the role
The Service Runner will support the Food & Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service in a luxury resort environment. This is an on‑site, guest‑facing position that requires a high standard of personal presentation and a proactive attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
- Adhere to Fire Life Health Safety, Security, and HACCP standards.
- Stay informed about all hotel facilities and be able to answer guest inquiries quickly and politely.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and report unresolved incidents to the manager.
- Assist guests courteously and efficiently, setting up tables and dining trolleys according to standards.
- Communicate special guest requests and dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Prepare mise en place as required for the dining venue.
Required profile
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Turkish.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
