Turkey, Middle East & Africa Sales Manager

About the role

UPS is seeking a dynamic Turkey, Middle East & Africa Sales Manager to lead and execute the regional sales strategy across Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Istanbul, you will drive new business, expand existing accounts and ensure long‑term customer retention in diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional subject‑matter expert for logistics solutions on high‑value products.
• Support Account Executives and National Account Executives in identifying UPS Premier opportunities and building a sustainable pipeline.
• Analyze complex Small Package and integrated logistics solutions to understand customer needs and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with UPS Premier growth priorities.
• Create tailored value propositions and deliver executive‑level sales presentations.
• Own end‑to‑end pipeline management using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
• Share best practices, collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, and leverage competitive intelligence.
• Set clear targets, monitor progress, ensure accountability and celebrate team success.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience with a strong hunter mindset and consistent revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric, proactive and agile in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
• Experience developing and executing regional sales strategies across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Experience in business planning, forecasting and performance management.
