Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Global IML facility in Izmir. You will support import‑export accounting, month‑end closing and general ledger activities while ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain accounting entries for import and export transactions.
• Process and archive supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations.
• Review and reconcile corporate credit‑card statements.
• Support month‑end closing activities and general accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with other accounting and finance activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and local regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP FI is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
