Billing Support Specialist (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

A partner company is looking for a Billing Support Specialist based in Turkey, working fully remotely. You will deliver a seamless billing experience for customers across international markets, handling billing inquiries, investigating payment and invoice issues, and helping to improve support workflows and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer billing questions, pre-sales inquiries, usage optimization and payment disputes
• Troubleshoot billing issues such as failed payments, outstanding invoices and payment extensions
• Triage cases and guide customers to documentation, previous solutions and technical resources
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to tools, workflows and processes
• Reproduce technical issues, create test cases and help improve test coverage
• Collaborate with the Billing Engineering team and other stakeholders

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer support experience, including billing support for technical customers
• Fluent English and the ability to explain technical and billing topics to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with asynchronous communication and globally distributed teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills; able to work independently

Required skills

• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Experience reproducing technical issues, creating test cases or improving test coverage is an advantage
