About the role
HUGO BOSS is looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader to build and lead a high-performing, AI-native engineering team. The team belongs to a larger Software Engineering organization spanning Metzingen and Izmir, with the aim of fast, reliable delivery through ownership, autonomy, strong engineering practices and shared Chapters.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing software engineering team.
- Drive reliable delivery and rigorous execution.
- Create end-to-end ownership from development to production.
- Empower engineers to make decisions and remove blockers.
- Develop people and contribute to Chapters across teams and locations.
- Establish AI-native engineering as the default way of working.
Required profile
- Strong software engineering background.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong people leadership and talent development.
- High ownership, execution and outcome orientation.
- Ability to combine autonomy with accountability.
- Passion for AI, automation and continuous improvement.
