BOOST Internship – Engineering Projects

About the role

Join Lesaffre's BOOST Internship Program in Ceyhan and work on engineering projects that span design, implementation, testing, and laboratory experiments. You will gain hands‑on experience in a global leader of the yeast industry while developing technical documentation and reporting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in project teams, contributing to design, implementation, and testing of engineering projects.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and drawings; conduct laboratory experiments and track project progress.
• Collaborate with engineers to solve problems, develop solutions, and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Students in Food, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering required to complete a mandatory internship (2‑9 months).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning, high sense of responsibility, and proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
