About the role

Join Lesaffre's BOOST 2.0 Early Talent Program, a full‑time graduate initiative designed to give fresh engineers real impact on production, process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation and testing of engineering projects.
• Track and report project progress and integrate new technologies.
• Work on production, process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to regional and global projects with business exposure.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (up to 3 years) in Food, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
