Business Development (Sales Operations) Associate

About the role

Join SC Johnson's Turkey Sales Operations team to connect sales analytics, field execution, and continuous improvement. You will support the sales organization by tracking performance, turning point‑of‑sale and customer data into actionable insights, and enhancing tools and reporting for field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track, audit and provide insights on sales KPIs for the Turkey sales team.
• Analyze point‑of‑sale performance using Nielsen, customer B2B, sell‑out and other data sources, translating findings into insights for Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing teams.
• Create and improve user‑friendly sales reports, automate sales systems and recurring reporting activities.
• Test new tools, support their implementation and adoption across field teams.
• Monitor Perfect Store KPIs with the Key Account field team and provide internal reporting.
• Coordinate point‑of‑sale materials (POSMs) for field sales and merchandising teams to ensure effective execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales operations or a related FMCG role.
• Native‑level Turkish and fluent English.
• Understanding of the FMCG market in Turkey.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
