About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant for its Cevahir store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligning with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and follow directives from store management.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Has reliable transportation and is at least 16 years old.
