About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is a global retailer known for its iconic denim and inclusive fashion. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stylist role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs.
• Promote Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while ensuring satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
