About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Cevahir store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligning with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash, merchandise, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and follow directives from store management.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
