Full-Time Sales Associate – Cevahir Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join the Cevahir store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and suggest looks that align with current trends and promotions.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
