Business Process Excellence Professional

About the role

Based at CEVA Logistics' Istanbul – Tuzla Tom Depo site, the Business Process Excellence Professional drives process improvement initiatives within Ground and Rail logistics operations, supporting the Transversal Support Division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business process excellence projects aligned with strategic objectives and measurable value.
• Analyse current workflows using process mapping, performance analytics and data‑driven techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, project management and leadership teams to ensure seamless adoption of enhancements.
• Design and facilitate continuous‑improvement workshops and training sessions to foster an innovative culture.
• Develop, track and report KPIs and metrics to monitor efficiency and impact of improvements.
• Support change‑management activities, communicate benefits, manage stakeholder expectations and secure buy‑in.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply‑chain operations, preferably ground and rail transport.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI (preferred).
