Buyer – Eco & Far East Sourcing

About the role
LC Waikiki is seeking a Buyer to lead eco‑friendly and Far East sourcing for its fashion lines. You will own the full buying cycle, balancing cost, quality and speed while supporting the brand’s commercial goals across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end sourcing and buying activities for assigned product groups in Turkey, the Far East and Egypt.
- Achieve budget, margin, GMROII and on‑time delivery targets while ensuring high sell‑through and customer satisfaction.
- Support omnichannel growth, including e‑commerce, and contribute to sustainable, scalable business results.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of buying or merchandising experience in fashion retail.
- Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven international sourcing and supplier‑management experience.
- Fluent English and ability to work confidently in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
