Merchandising Specialist - KIKO Milano

About the role

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group is looking for a Merchandising Specialist for KIKO Milano. The role covers product planning, ordering, stock monitoring and allocation, and works closely with the global team and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly product planning, collection, launch and material orders, ensuring timely and accurate system entries
• Support best-seller ordering processes and follow up on order entries and availability
• Monitor monthly shipments, compare actuals against plans and prepare regular performance reports
• Enter invoices and purchasing data accurately into the ERP system
• Follow up shipment plans with the global team and coordinate the end-to-end process
• Monitor purchasing and best-seller budgets, track actuals versus budget and highlight key variances
• Prepare RPT and realization rate analyses based on sales, stock and actual performance data
• Support allocation and replenishment by monitoring stock levels, store needs and product availability
• Coordinate inter-store transfers and follow up on transfer requests, execution and stock movements
• Support the preparation and implementation of store layout plans aligned with product assortment and launch priorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 years' experience as a Product/Merchandising Specialist or Supervisor, preferably in a high-end retail environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to create and direct displays with a focus on product and brand consistency
• Ability to prioritize, meet aggressive deadlines, work independently and collaborate with other teams

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
