Clinical Specialist – Robotics (Turkey & Balkans)

About the role

The Clinical Specialist for Surgical Robotics will support the integration and use of robotic surgical systems across hospitals in Turkey and the Balkans. You will work directly with surgeons, operating‑room staff and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption, training and ongoing performance of the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, OR staff and other healthcare professionals on the proper use of surgical robotic systems.
• Collaborate with hospitals to integrate the robots into clinical practice and offer on‑site support during procedures.
• Conduct educational workshops, presentations and attend conferences to promote the technology.
• Assist clinical research projects, supporting data collection, analysis and publication of outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, gathering feedback and acting as a liaison between the company and the medical community.
• Relay user feedback to product development to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, allied health or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Experience working in a healthcare or operating‑room environment, preferably with robotic surgical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, customer‑centric mindset and ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
