Professional Education Manager

About the role

The Professional Education Manager designs and delivers high‑impact education programs that enhance healthcare professionals’ capabilities and support Johnson & Johnson’s business priorities in Turkey. The role translates customer and educational insights into compliant, measurable learning experiences and ensures end‑to‑end execution of professional education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Professional Education strategy and annual plan aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Partner with sales, marketing and business leaders to identify commercial priorities and create education initiatives that drive procedural adoption and market growth.
• Design, plan and deliver professional education programs, including faculty engagement, logistics, communication and delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, scientific associations and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market developments and educational needs, track program KPIs and use feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with HCC, legal, regulatory and internal requirements and manage related budgets and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in professional or medical education, marketing, product management or commercial roles within healthcare.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals and delivering scientific or educational programs.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Advanced English and native‑level Turkish proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
