Digital Ad Operations Specialist

About the role

Merzigo is a video monetization and digital media company that partners with entertainment brands to scale and optimize their content across global digital platforms. It is looking for a Digital Ad Operations professional to support its digital advertising campaigns through Google Ad Manager 360. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset and a good understanding of ad operations and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage campaigns via Google Ad Manager 360
• Manage ad inventory and monitor ad delivery
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Identify and resolve ad delivery issues and discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, advertisers and technical teams
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports
• Stay updated on AdTech trends and suggest process improvements

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a similar role
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow through on tasks

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM 360)
• Understanding of advertising technologies, ad serving and programmatic processes
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and ad serving technologies is a plus
