Affiliate and Social Commerce Lead

About the role

This role leads the affiliate and social commerce strategy across social platforms and marketplaces in Turkey. It covers building and managing a network of creators, affiliates and publishing partners, and owns performance targets such as GMV, conversion and partner growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the affiliate and social commerce strategy across social platforms and marketplaces in Turkey
• Build and manage a network of creators, affiliates and publishing partners
• Onboard brands and structure commission models, campaigns and partner programs
• Own performance targets, including GMV (total sales value), conversion and partner growth, with clear reporting
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Work closely with the influencer, content and creator teams

Required profile

• 8+ years in affiliate, performance or social commerce, ideally within an agency or affiliate network
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate or creator commerce programs in Turkey
• Strong knowledge of the Turkish social commerce and marketplace ecosystem
• Commercial mindset with P&L or revenue ownership
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally to offices in Lebanon, Riyadh, Qatar and the UAE
