Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager and work closely with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. This senior leader will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property’s HR strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engagement surveys, talent management, and diversity initiatives.
• Coordinate human capital reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Monitor and promote effective use of the myHR system across managers and employees.
• Act as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives.
• Represent HR on the property executive committee and present key metrics such as retention, open positions, and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., myHR).
