Pozisyon Hakkında

Boğaziçi Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İstanbul’da İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanı aramaktadır. Personel özlük dosyalarının yönetimi ve yasal süreçlerin yürütülmesi sorumluluğu bu pozisyonda yer alacaktır.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Personelin özlük dosyalarının oluşturulması, güncellenmesi ve arşivlenmesi.
İşe giriş, işten çıkış, SGK bildirimleri ve İŞKUR süreçlerinin yürütülmesi.
İş kazaları, rapor ve izin süreçlerinin yasal mevzuata uygun şekilde yönetilmesi.
