About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Family Physician to work remotely on a contract basis, reviewing medical records and supporting AI model training.

Key responsibilities

Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
Verify that clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
Assess inpatient documentation such as HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.
Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in records.
Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
Communicate findings clearly with the project team.

Required profile

MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine (or with a Hospital Medicine focus).
Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
Experience reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
Relevant experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
