Family Physician – Remote Contract Role

About the role
We are seeking a board‑certified Family Physician to work remotely on a contract basis, reviewing medical records and supporting AI model training.
Key responsibilities
- Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
- Verify that clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
- Assess inpatient documentation such as HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in records.
- Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
- Communicate findings clearly with the project team.
Required profile
- MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine (or with a Hospital Medicine focus).
- Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
- Experience reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
- Relevant experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
