Greenfield Accounts Management Lead

About the role

The Greenfield Accounts Management (GAM) Lead in Turkey will drive the identification, development, and conversion of strategic healthcare investment opportunities. Working in a hybrid environment, the role partners with commercial, functional, Greenfield, and Integrated Health Solutions teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Greenfield growth strategy across Turkey.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize new hospital developments and healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Build relationships with investors, operators, consultants, developers, and government stakeholders.
• Influence project stakeholders during concept, planning, and design phases to secure early strategic positioning.
• Craft tailored value propositions using Medtronic’s therapy portfolio and Integrated Health Solutions.
• Structure commercial and partnership models that support long‑term revenue growth and sustainable customer value.
• Maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities and evaluate projects for future Strategic Account Management transition.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic account management, consulting, or investments.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executive and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Experience developing business cases, negotiating complex agreements, and managing long‑term partnerships.
• Strong track record leading cross‑functional initiatives within matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
