Field Service Executive

About the role

CHEP is looking for a Field Service Executive to join its team in Gaziantep. You will be responsible for managing retailer relationships, improving asset recovery, and supporting business growth while contributing to the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations.
• Drive improvements in collection performance and customer satisfaction through audits, training and route analysis.
• Onboard new customers, define asset recovery agreements and ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor asset control metrics, execute audit programs and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand CHEP’s customer base and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Studies, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, logistics, sales or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain retailer relationships and influence change.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and results‑oriented mindset.
