About the role
We are looking for an Import Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end import processes for our corporate client in Istanbul, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage import operations from order placement through final delivery, coordinating shipment, customs clearance, bonded warehouse and delivery processes.
- Follow up on import documentation, handle operational transactions in SAP MM, and resolve delays or issues by coordinating with suppliers, customs brokers and logistics providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations, preferably in pharma, cosmetics, food or similar industries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP MM.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
