Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join Viessmann’s Istanbul headquarters. The role supports the company’s sustainable climate and energy solutions by providing accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze financial activities in line with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger, project, and government accounting records.
• Execute monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Develop and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, compare actual costs to budget, and monitor adherence.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to represent the company’s financial standing.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
• Lead small‑scale projects related to finance and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant finance experience, or an advanced degree with at least three years of experience.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Residence in Istanbul, preferably on the Anatolian side.
