About the role

The Spare Parts and Consultation Officer supports the technical department by managing incoming spare‑part shipments, maintaining warehouse order, and assisting with building maintenance requests. This position is tailored for candidates with a disability, ensuring tasks are aligned with their capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming spare‑part shipments, sorting them according to content.
• Maintain an organized warehouse, optimizing shelf and floor space usage.
• Process incoming items in the system, record return invoices, and open corresponding files.
• Separate recyclable parts and arrange shipment of return parts to the Manisa factory.
• Coordinate with service teams for building maintenance and repair tasks (elevator, generator, etc.) and monitor progress.
• Receive parcels and place them appropriately in the cargo area.
• Welcome visitors, keep visitor logs, and direct them to the relevant departments.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office.
• Organized, careful, and responsible.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform duties suitable for the candidate’s disability status.
• Good planning and spare‑part tracking abilities.
