About the role
Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Remote Recruiter, helping connect top talent with opportunities across the EU BPO sector.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract outstanding candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to identify the perfect fit.
- Collaborate with the team to exchange ideas, strategies, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment tools.
Required profile
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong talent pool in the EU market.
- Availability to work at least 25‑30 hours per week.
