HR Digital Solutions Manager/Lead

About the role

Gürok Information Technologies is seeking an HR Digital Solutions Manager/Lead to drive end‑to‑end HR technology projects and support the company’s digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR technology projects from analysis and design through implementation, testing, release, go‑live and support.
• Act as primary liaison between HR, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions for talent acquisition, onboarding, core HR, payroll, compensation, performance, learning, career and succession planning.
• Coordinate integrations between HR platforms and enterprise applications, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Lead UAT, change management, user training and production releases.
• Drive the Digital HR roadmap using automation, AI, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Ensure HR data governance, system integrity, security and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience delivering HR technology projects within an IT organization.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance, Learning, Career, Succession, Employee Experience).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HR platforms such as Logo J‑HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Peoplise or equivalents.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience working with technology vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
