Global Medical Collaboration Leader – Metabolism (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Global Medical Collaboration Leader to drive the development and commercialization of its cardiometabolic pipeline across Turkey and additional countries. This 24‑month fixed‑term contract involves field‑based work, frequent travel, and close collaboration with global and affiliate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative networks with external stakeholders, positioning Roche as a preferred partner.
• Engage investigators and site staff to accelerate clinical development programs from early to late stages.
• Provide real‑time insights on disease‑area landscapes to inform cross‑functional strategies.
• Partner with global colleagues and affiliates to enhance medical launch readiness and support treatment access.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in a scientific field (PhD, PharmD, MSc, MD).
• Extensive experience in a medical/scientific customer‑facing role, preferably in obesity, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease.
• Significant pharmaceutical industry experience at global or affiliate level, including Medical Affairs or early development.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish (native speakers preferred).
