Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to lead monitoring activities within a sponsor‑dedicated model. You will ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and provide support for successful trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of trial conduct.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in clinical trial monitoring with ability to work independently and guide others.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare‑related field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
