Clinic Manager

About the role

Phenome Longevity is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the operational management of its Longevity Clinic in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. The role requires proven managerial experience in a clinic or hospital setting and strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain consistent patient experience standards across the facility.
• Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs such as patient flow, waiting times, and satisfaction.
• Lead the development and improvement of clinical processes and protocols.
• Coordinate procurement, equipment, and resource management.
• Provide regular operational and strategic reports to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold clinical quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Business Administration or a related field; healthcare‑origin degree preferred.
• Managerial experience in a clinic or hospital environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and performance‑management capabilities.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and make rapid decisions.
