Help Desk Support Assistant Specialist

About the role

TAV Technologies, a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding and a technology brand for aviation software solutions, is hiring a Help Desk Support Assistant Specialist in Turkey. The role acts as the first point of contact for the Tech Operation team, supporting external and internal customers by phone and email while maintaining the quality standards set by the NOC team strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and messages from internal and external customers and provide the information needed for high-level customer satisfaction.
• Handle requests within the expected service times required by the NOC team.
• Create tickets correctly in the IT Service Management tool and escalate them to higher levels when needed.
• Transfer alarm and incident tickets to the right team on time and follow up within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Contribute to multi-language support for customers in English and help teams resolve queries quickly.
• Monitor systems in real time to support timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant work experience in the tech sector.
• Experience in technology or support teams, and familiarity with IT tools.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical, result-oriented, multi-tasking, innovative and open to learning.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
