About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our luxury hotel team in Istanbul. The role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain rooms and other assigned areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest supplies and organize equipment for daily tasks.
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including corridors, fire escape entrances and exits, and service areas.
- Anticipate guest needs through observation and provide personalized service.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
