General Manager

About the role

OAKBERRY Türkiye is seeking a commercially driven, hands‑on General Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations across the country. The role focuses on operational excellence, customer experience, and financial performance for nearly 20 stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all store operations, ensuring high service quality, consistent brand standards, and operational excellence.
• Manage sales, costs, efficiency and profitability to achieve sustainable financial results.
• Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints and drive initiatives that boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze product portfolio and category performance to guide development and promotional strategies.
• Drive operational efficiency in inventory, supply chain, waste reduction and workforce planning.
• Maintain a strong in‑store presence, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing rapid solutions.
• Evaluate market dynamics to strengthen brand positioning and long‑term success in Turkey.
• Build a high‑performing, customer‑centric team culture, fostering talent development and leadership capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong management experience in Food & Beverage, Quick Service Restaurant or multi‑site retail.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑store operations and improving profitability.
• Solid financial acumen with experience handling budgets, P&L and KPIs.
• Expertise in customer experience, commercial performance, product and category management.
• Hands‑on leadership style with regular store presence and close team engagement.
• Inspirational, collaborative approach with a passion for people development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English.
