About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the hotel. You will be the link between guests, housekeeping staff and maintenance, creating a welcoming environment for every stay.

Key responsibilities

Train, schedule and supervise housekeeping team members to meet quality standards.
Perform routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms and review service areas, storage and corridors.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.
Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper care of housekeeping equipment.
Respond to VIP and special guest requests to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Integrity, leadership, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to act with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.
