About the role
As a Chinese Restaurant Manager you will support the Director of Food & Beverage in daily operations and help maximise the performance of the restaurant outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Director of F&B in daily operation management.
- Provide solutions to recurring issues in the outlets.
- Train and mentor staff as appropriate.
Required profile
- Passion for food & beverage and enjoys interacting with people.
- Fluent in English (and local language).
- Experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment.
- Friendly, helpful, trustworthy leader with creative eye for detail.
- Willing to work shifts.
