About the role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join Flow Games and help build a strong, collaborative team in Istanbul. You’ll work closely with the founders and team leads, taking ownership of hiring and people‑related processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Source and reach out to strong candidates.
Collaborate with founders and team leads throughout the hiring process.
Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
Support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee processes.
Help improve hiring, people, and workplace practices as the team grows.

Required profile

2+ years of professional HR experience.
Strong hands‑on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
Proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates.
Strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organization and attention to detail.
Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
Experience in mobile gaming, technology, or a fast‑growing startup is a plus.
