About the role
We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join Flow Games and help build a strong, collaborative team in Istanbul. You’ll work closely with the founders and team leads, taking ownership of hiring and people‑related processes across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Source and reach out to strong candidates.
- Collaborate with founders and team leads throughout the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee processes.
- Help improve hiring, people, and workplace practices as the team grows.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional HR experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
- Experience in mobile gaming, technology, or a fast‑growing startup is a plus.
