Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Dynamic HR Consultancy is seeking a Recruiter based in Istanbul to work in a hybrid model for an international client in technology, digital platforms and entertainment. The role involves supporting end‑to‑end recruitment and collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Turkish.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Provide on‑site support for interviews and other recruitment‑related activities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technology, digital platforms, social media, digital entertainment, media, gaming, broadcasting or similar fast‑paced industries (preferred).
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and dynamic environment.
