People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

The People & Culture Business Partner will support Çalık Renewables’ international growth by ensuring consistent execution of HR processes across Turkey and other locations. This role covers end‑to‑end HR functions, from compensation and benefits to talent acquisition and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking, maintain job evaluation frameworks and salary structures.
• Manage annual salary review, bonus processes and compensation cost analyses.
• Coordinate payroll with outsourced providers and oversee international employee processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Turkey and new country operations.
• Maintain organizational charts, job analyses and support workforce planning.
• Drive performance management, talent assessment, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure effective use of SAP SuccessFactors and produce HR reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Coordinate People & Culture practices across international operations and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience with strong hands‑on compensation & benefits expertise.
• Proven experience in international or multi‑location organizations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
