Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a professional Human Resources Business Partner to support our fast‑growing cryptocurrency exchange. The role will partner with business units across regions, delivering HR solutions that enable global expansion and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

• Business HR Support: Understand strategic goals, organisational structure and processes of assigned departments and provide targeted HR solutions.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle – from requirement analysis and job posting to screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Employee Relations Management: Oversee the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, resignations), establish communication mechanisms and handle labour relations for multinational teams.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the training department to design and deliver development programmes.
• Performance & Incentives: Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, progress tracking, reviews and application of results.
• HR Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies (attendance, performance, compensation, recruitment) within the business unit.
• Data & Reporting: Track and analyse HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment cycle time and training completion rates.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluency in English required, Chinese a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in related HR roles, preferably in Internet, technology or blockchain sectors; experience with cross‑departmental or cross‑regional collaboration is advantageous.
