Key responsibilities

• Establish, improve, and sustainably manage HR operational standards.
• Structure recruitment, performance, training, and employee‑relations processes within a corporate framework.
• Implement HR practices aligned with the company’s growth objectives and operational needs.
• Strengthen HR’s role as a strategic business partner through close collaboration with senior management.
• Manage Human Resources and Administrative Affairs activities with a holistic approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of core HR operations and personnel administration.
• Proven experience in establishing, developing, and improving HR policies, processes, and practices.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to position HR as an integral part of the business.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented, and accountable leadership style.
• Experience reporting to senior management and leading HR teams.
