Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring delivery across multiple sites and workstreams. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage full lifecycle IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Lead stakeholder, customer, and vendor interactions, handling procurement and contract negotiations.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project risks, changes, and governance, ensuring adherence to change and risk management processes.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, scope adjustments, and multi‑site deployments.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure project coordination and management.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
