About the role
AMAC Aerospace is looking for a licensed aircraft technician holding EASA Part-66 Cat B1 B2 (or SHGM Part 66 Cat B1 B2) to join its AMAC Istanbul team. The technician acts as certifying staff within an AMAC 145 maintenance organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Act as certifying staff in the AMAC 145 maintenance organisation
- Perform routine and non-routine task cards and related operational tasks
- Carry out daily and weekly checks as required
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Review and carry out the actions needed to rectify flight problems
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in base maintenance
- EASA Part-66 Cat B1 B2 / SHGM Part 66 Cat B1 B2 licence
- Fluent English
- Experience in corporate aviation is an advantage
Required skills
- Advanced troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work and adapt in different environments
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to take initiative and a strong awareness of quality, reliability and safety
