About the role
Join Bosch Group as a Maintenance Engineer in Manisa, focusing on both electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment. You will support planned and unplanned maintenance, contribute to new machinery projects, and drive technical improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute electrical & mechanical maintenance for machines and equipment.
- Participate in production transfer projects with a focus on maintaining new machinery.
- Take an active role in machine construction and revision activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Lead problem‑solving and technical improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree in Electrical‑Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
- Experience with SAP maintenance module.
- High result orientation, analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and openness to learn new technologies.
- Fluent in English.
