Marketing Artist

About the role

Codeway builds consumer AI apps on mobile and web and is looking for a creative Marketing Artist to help introduce its games and apps to millions of users worldwide. The role works closely with the marketing team to turn data insights into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Craft visually compelling designs for mobile product marketing campaigns, including motion graphics and static visuals
• Work with the marketing team to understand data insights and brainstorm creative ad ideas
• Stay on top of social media trends and the mobile app creative ad industry
• Analyze performance data from creatives, break down ad performance and suggest improvements
• Brief third-party vendors on visual needs and manage their production
• Create 2D assets for UA ads and static content, and adjust existing assets for format, layout and localization
• Use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, and contribute to motion graphics production

Required profile

• Technical background or experience in relevant fields
• Fast learner who can independently explore new concepts and solve problems creatively
• Data-driven creativity: using insights from data sets to build creatives aligned with audience preferences and test results
• Clear communication skills and proficiency in English
• Open to constructive feedback, hands-on and ready to own projects end to end

• Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics and animation
