Marketing Senior Manager - Carbonated Soft Drinks

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Marketing Senior Manager (Carbonated Soft Drinks) based in Istanbul. The role leads the design and execution of key carbonated soft drinks marketing plans across the Turkey Business Unit and supports brand strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Help set the global agenda for the Turkey Business Unit, partnering with International Beverages to align no-sugar priorities, brand strategies and campaign development.
• Ensure delivery of key brand programs aligned with the TR Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan, working with the CMO to influence, deploy and adapt global programs and lead TR initiatives.
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of brand activation plans, including creating and rolling out media and campaign toolkits.
• Manage brand playbooks, standards and compliance (brand stewardship).
• Partner with business units and commercialization on activation plans, approve local cola brand activations and marketing promotions, and manage the Category A&M budget with the IB team.
• Ensure artwork compliance across programs and present marketing plans in annual and monthly meetings and internal forums.
• Work with agency partners on adapting, creating and deploying initiatives.

Required profile

• 12-15 years of experience in marketing, brand management and/or marketing strategy.
• Proven track record of brand engagement programs that deliver sustainable in-market results and long-term brand equity.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
