Marketing Specialist

About the role

Motul Türkiye is looking for a creative, results‑driven Marketing Specialist to manage product communication, launch activities, POSM operations, distributor projects and brand events. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports both strategic and operational marketing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product communication with technical and global teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of launch materials.
• Manage distributor projects, maintain accurate system data, track budgets and oversee POSM stock, catalogs and distribution.
• Plan and execute brand events, product launches, trade fairs and sponsorship activities, and prepare post‑event performance reports.
• Assist in marketing budget management, integrate data into SAP and Excel, and report on campaign and project performance.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management and marketing, with hands‑on product launch and field activation exposure.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work in a fast‑paced matrix environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP for marketing data management.
